My dog has good aim.

Yesterday morning, around 7 o'clock, we had a pretty nasty storm. ...Nasty enough that when I got up (hours later), my dog was hiding under our bed. I thought that was pretty cute. What was not so cute, however, was the puddle of urine the dog had left for us on the kitchen floor. Apparently the storm literally scared the pee right out of my dog.

After cleaning-up the mess and taking the shower, I went down to the basement to use the computer. (I like to check my email every morning.) When I clicked the mouse to wake my computer up, the monitor didn't turn on. I pressed the power button a couple times, and it started snapping at me and doing some other weird stuff, so I thought that the lightning must have ruined it. At that point, I stood-up to see if there was any visible damage, and to my surprise I found yellow liquid in the grate on top of and behind it. Somehow, the dog had peed in the exact location of the floor that was directly above my monitor, and since we have hardwood flooring, it slipped between the boards and onto the monitor.
